Percy Chinyama is a highly respected ICT professional and public‑sector leader with more than 22 years’ experience driving Zambia’s digital transformation. As the National Coordinator of the Electronic Government Division (SMART Zambia) under the Office of the President, he leads the national agenda to digitize public service delivery, strengthen ICT governance, and promote digital inclusion.
Guided by his conviction that technology must serve all citizens, Mr Chinyama’s work focuses on using ICT to make government operations more efficient, transparent, and accessible. His leadership continues to shape policies that position Zambia as a regional model for e‑government innovation.
